Awful- keeps crashing
I gave tried to download this several times. It gets stuck in choose language each time. I gave tried switching my phone off & on & it still won’t work.

I love it!
I have seen my skin care routine improve in its efficacy. I’ve been using this device for over a year and my skin feels hydrated and smooth. There is a learning curve but once you figure out you’re off and running. DO NOT use too much of the product you’re applying to your face, because you’re wasting it. Apply whatever cream you’re using like normal then use this device to improve the penetration of the cream, make sure you use the color light that works for different products. DO NOT use multiple different lights for the same product, that’s not how this device works. I’m very happy with my results.

It doesn’t work
I try to upload a product into it then it just loads and doesn’t show up. I try to look at top ten products, it doesn’t show up. This app just doesn’t work.

I love love love the concept of this device. I believe in the power of light therapy and sonic vibration. I like that it has all the skin tech in one palmable device. And the device did help you a lot with setting up the rountines and categorized the skincare products much better. It made my skin look amazing after one use. Great product.

Helpful APP
The 2.0 APP was much better ! with new funtion and page design, I tend to use this more often.

Surprisingly loved the APP and devcie! I like that the APP design and function are compact, the device run is short, so you can use it quickly or run it again for a longer treatment. I can feel the difference and I will actually use this!
2.0's new features are useful
The routines feature made it easy for me to switch skincare products for each session. The APP is also easier to use.

I am happy that the APP is better and more friendly to use! Absolutely love this product! It feels like it helps the face products penetrate my skin better than not using any else. The color is super cute.

App is simple with easy to follow instructions. it was very easy to set up. I am loving this item! It feels like its really helping my products get into my skin.
Simple and helpful APP🥰net new experience
It's not too complicated, but you can only use the device by setting it up in the app. I added some products by typing/searching then created "routines". When you create a routine, the app tells you what color "programme" to select for the product (you press the only button on the device until the ring of glowing light is the color recommended by the app). It is very quick to use (5 seconds per area of the face). I feel more inclined to use it than some of my other facial devices because it's so quick.

I really like it!
Full disclosure, I didn’t pay full price and got this device through Ipsy. All of the products that I wanted to add, except one, were listed. I found a serum listed with the same ingredients as the one I’m using and just used that in its place. I like that I do my normal skincare routine and then use the different recommended settings on the device, rather than having to use it after each step of my routine. Device does do something, orange setting made my skin immediately flushed, red setting made my skin cooler and brighter, also it does indeed have a timer. Simple and fun to use!

2.0 is where it’s at. The 1.0 and lack of user experience in design was a major flaw. So far the 2.0 seems very promising and I’m super excited because the tool is excellent!
Disappointed
Need to hire someone to properly develop your app. That way the boost device and the app work together. What’s the point in making the app and advertising if the app actually does nothing.

Bought the product through Ipsy (almost didn’t), but now I wish I didn’t waist hard earned money for a paperweight with a lid.
Downloaded the app, product is found, connects then disconnects. It sits on the counter…blinking, going nowhere doing nothing.
There is no support, no directions, even the product website gives nothing. I am thinking going back to the drawing board and refunding the poor souls who bought this may be RÉDUIT’s best option.

I have never written a review before but this one has to be shared
Don’t waste your time. It’s more useless than the original useless thing you are trying to figure out how to use or understand the concept behind. It is just to make sure you think you have something for your money. Btw you should check out your charges from the company that you got the product from. Check back sometime in the past. How many times have you been charged every month and how many times are they charging you extra for shipments that you have not received?? Jw how many more of you are out there waiting for your money back. Or someone who matters more to catch up with them and make it right. Really someone important enough. I’m sure not.

Doesn’t connect
I’m excited to use this device but the app doesn’t connect via Bluetooth to the device. Hopefully the bugs get fixed asap.
Scam product that can’t work without broken app
The app doesn’t work, I can’t add a device and tried using all three methods. When I scan, it says that it can’t find it. When I search, nothing populates. Manually putting it in asks me questions I am unsure about with the product.
You can’t use this with the app and the app isn’t usable…seriously not ok for a product that costs this much.
