Almost worthless
So frustrating getting dimensions correct for what you need when you are working with an existing roof finally got thing how I wanted and bam roof is layed out crooked on one side deck had a gap between the deck and house when you try clicking on a measurement to easy to move something and when you want to move something it changes measurements so I just gave up and drawing it by hand I can do it faster than this crappie app. Have beam size set to 2x10 go and download pdf and all beams are 2x8 so go back in to change and it says 2x10 but not on material list or plans

Doesn’t have the most basic functions, this is a completely useless app that steals an absurd amount of money when for whatever reason the cancel trial button apparently didn’t work. Now I’m out $60 for an app I used for literally 2 minutes before I figured out it was trash.
Misleading
No mention of subscription, no usable direction to cancel the app after down loaded. Dishonest business to say the least. Now I have to lock my cc to prevent them to charge.
Scam
I did not mean to get this app and immediately canceled it and as of now refusing to give me a refund and after looking at it this app is not worth the money at all missing all kinds of stuff you won’t be able to complete a deck just by their layouts anyways your throwing you money away and apple wont do a thing to help

Charged me after cancel
Used a free trial of this tool for <15 minutes didn’t work as I needed, so cancelled my trial. They ended up charged me for a full year membership after I canceled.
Very disappointed watch out if you try to use this tool.

Broken app
Can use most of the features bc I doesn’t recognize my subscription for whatever reason. Offers a pro version, I signed up, but it still doesn’t recognize it, says it started my free trial. Something is wrong with this app. And I do use other apps for work.
Lost my projects
I tried creating my house and deck three times. All three times the app froze and deleted my drawing. And the saved plan said image not available.
Free trial isn't free $60 immediately charged
I clicked the try free for 7 days, then we'll charge you $59.99 on the 20th. I immediately got a notification saying that I have been charged $60. Today is the 13th! I want a refund you liars

The app crashes constantly
I’ll be right in the middle of trying to draw the beams or to edit stairs or the span of the deck itself or any other numerous thing and the app freezes and crashes I probably have to go through reopening the app 10 times for a simple square deck

If you’re a small construction service business and wear many different hats like the Engineer, Designer, Architect, and Builder etc etc. then this app is definitely for you.

This app has issues, but if you’re looking to create documents to apply for a building permit, it’s the best on the market. It takes into consideration every aspect of your build and quick generates your idea.
Personally, I’ve used it to make the overall design, then save documents for use in other apps to complete the design. Setting up a project to Save to, is very important, for the app does not save your work space unless you actively save it.
