About
Redyrect Circles is a healthcare collaboration platform that connects patients, providers, and care teams in one secure space.
CARE COORDINATION
Create patient circles that bring together everyone involved in a patient's care — primary physicians, specialists, home health aides, and family members.
Share updates, documents, and care plans without phone tag or fax machines.
TASK MANAGEMENT
Assign and track tasks across your organization and partner facilities. Delegate referrals, follow-ups, and paperwork with full visibility into status and deadlines.
Never lose track of a patient request again.
SECURE MESSAGING
Send direct messages and group conversations with your care team. Share images and documents inline. All communication is encrypted and HIPAA-compliant.
DIGITAL FORMS
Fill out intake forms, consent documents, and clinical assessments digitally. Forms auto-generate signed PDFs and attach directly to the patient's record.
DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT
Upload, organize, and share clinical documents within patient circles. View and sign PDFs directly in the app. Control access with role-based permissions.
NOTIFICATIONS
Stay on top of new tasks, messages, and care updates with real-time push notifications. Customize your notification preferences to reduce alert fatigue.
BUILT FOR HEALTHCARE TEAMS
- Role-based access control (providers, staff, patients, admins)
- Organization-based data isolation
- Cross-organization collaboration for referrals and shared patients
- Works on iPhone, iPad, and web
Redyrect Circles is designed for home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities, physician practices, and any care team that needs to coordinate across organizational boundaries.

What's New in Redyrect Circles
1.7.82
September 17, 2026
Fixes in this update: - Your Tasks notification setting now controls task notifications. These were previously governed by the System setting, so turning System notifications off could quietly stop task alerts from arriving. - Support group events now show their own colour on the calendar instead of the default grey. - The notification list sorts into Tasks and Messages as soon as it opens, rather than showing everything under Other until you switch tabs. - Notification titles are clearer, so a test or alert reads as what it actually is. - Reliability improvements to how the app checks for and installs updates.
