Worst App
Worst movie ticket App ever. Completely bug. I booked one movie, payment done. Then the page is going to blank. Also once ticket booked successfully, then The Manage booking section is empty. This App is full of bugs

Less responsiveness, Was unable to input number
Log in issues
Hard to log if forgot password , password rest emails are not received on time , need to request repeatedly

Not a great experience when booking ticket with EI card because of payment request going to app
It took me two attempts to book the ticket sometimes integrated with Emirates Islamic app does not make things easy it complicates things. The previous method of OTP was good

this is not an app for Reel Cinemas in the UK and likely isn't genuine at all
No NBD Discount
Once entered card details for buy 1 get 1 free, the card freezes and not able to avail the discount.

Doesnโt work!
Downloaded it and just get as far as the purple welcome screen. Asks to accept notifications, say yes then it times out.
App crashes
Any time I try and use a citi bank card on your app it crashes. Not ideal. Thank you

I have downloaded this app 3 times thinking I had done something wrong. It is only giving me 3 options for places I live in the UAE, no UK option at all
