this is not an app for Reel Cinemas in the UK and likely isn't genuine at all
Doesn’t work!
Downloaded it and just get as far as the purple welcome screen. Asks to accept notifications, say yes then it times out.
App crashes
Any time I try and use a citi bank card on your app it crashes. Not ideal. Thank you

I have downloaded this app 3 times thinking I had done something wrong. It is only giving me 3 options for places I live in the UAE, no UK option at all

Horrible Company and Service
I’ve been using my U by Emaar card with benefits and points for a couple years now and the majority of the time I have some sort of issue with the app or the machines at the cinema where I can’t use my points or can’t use my offers! With the app I end up sacrificing using my points to pay just so I can use the 2 for 1 offer. Very frustrating how the company makes it hard to use the benefits they offer!
