Zelle is NOT offered on the app
Zelle is not offered anywhere on the app even though Zelle says it is. It also directs you to the UCSCU app and tries to direct you on how to use it but the button and option simply DOES NOT EXSIST. This is EXTREMELY frustrating trying to make payments to people who only have Zelle, especially when you cannot create an account in Zelle if you have a bank account that stores your cell phone number. Because of this, I have to transfer funds AGAIN to an outside bank account, adding additional days to the transaction. Please correct this.

This app is not working no more. It is not showing my balance of my savings account. Is not showing anything at all.

Zelle transfers
An absolute inconvenience to have such a low Zelle transfer amount.
Also inconvenient to only be able to use 80% of balance.

Mobile check deposit frustrating
Checking balances, making mobile payments and making transfers are fine. However, making a mobile check deposit is frustrating. I must take a picture a dozen times before it accepts it.

The capturing portion of the app is a bit too sensitive. Had to retake pictures three times.
