Cannot log in
The app always tells me my password is wrong even though I’ve reset it, checked it, and can log in using a browser. Apparently I can only use my rewards if I show the app, but I cannot log into the app so it’s useless.
App needs to be redesigned to naive Swift and iOS
User experience seems more. I assume it’s a cross platform app. Why does tapping tab bar items cause navigating into the navigation stack every time? You can tap tab bar items forever and it keeps adding new screens on top of the stack. Poorly designed app.
Website says nothing about needing a membership
Website is misleading, makes it seem like purchase fees would be waived if you download and make an account. Didn’t mention anything about a recurring monthly of $20.00.

Love this app. Recently added a feature that premium members don’t have to pay booking fees and it is so worth it. Highly recommend!
Worthless
In the theater they advertised that you can buy movie tickets through the app. You can’t! What’s the point of the app?! The stupidity!!
Can’t buy a movie ticket
No point in getting the premium membership. You can’t book a movie ticket through the app. That’s the whole point of this app? It is not worth it right now and they have a lot of work to do before anyone should sign up. The front desk reps don’t know how to redeem a movie ticket to the app to get points. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES. Terrible customer service experience.

Paid for premium and the app insists I never did despite having a receipt in my email. I’m furious I paid $20 for essentially nothing.
Total scam
Love this place but this app looks like a total scam. Paid for the membership but the app doesn’t allow you to do anything. You can’t book anything. Lets see if they fix this issue.
Launched too early! Still having problems!
Things just didn’t function right. First I couldn’t pay for premium on app for first 3 days, then premium voucher didn’t appear next day like they promised. So I went in and no one knew what to do. Now they’re trying to only give me a $20 birthday reward even tho all advertising says $25?!?!
App doesn’t do anything
Go here all the time. I paid for a membership so that online fees would be waived but there isn’t a way to purchase tickets in the app and the website still shows booking fees so I gave them money for nothing. Scammy to me.
I love this app!
My family comes here almost every week. I downloaded the app the first day it was available. I upgraded to a Premium membership because we always see movies and online booking fees are waived for premium members. Totally worth it.
