Downloaded. Upgraded to weekly for unlimited vids. Couldn’t get unlimited even though I paid, so I cancelled. 2 weeks later, now my bank account is showing a pending subscription charge and the app has a totally different name. DO NOT USE.

Canceled subscription but continue to be charged each week —with this current week being charged twice. Apple confirms cancellation of subscription, but have been charged 8.99 for past 2 months.
Unsure if scam
I’m unsure if this app is a scam or the purpose of the subscription/free trial. Cancelled and hope to not see this reappear in my billing statement after I already canceled the subscription in my Apple menu.
Same issue get kicked out
Great product when it works. You leave the app open or closed and come back and it is on the creation tools page that has NO LINK Ato the instagram home page. Just add a LINK to the creation page to fix this. IG have downloaded the app 20 times already. Please fix this or I will have to give up.
I want my money back
Paid like everyone else to be able to download videos and everything, suddenly I can’t do that. I’m currently in the process of filing with the FTC BBB and anyone else to get my money back this is absolutely unfair!!!!!!
Did not purchase this app
I purchased insta save and now I have this as a purchase too . When I go to open my insta save this comes up . Very upset as I absolutely loved my insta save and have no use for this at all .

Bad change
This app was good before last update. I paid subscription yearly to be able to download videos and reels from IG. Not it’s for content creators, very disappointed. Definitely doesn’t deserve one star! Requesting a refund !!!
Review
Slowly, the app has changed and not for good. I opened it the other day and realized that it is now a ReelKit and not an app to download Instagram photos as it was before.
It doesn’t work
The video creator didn’t make any videos and this used to be a completely different app. It used to download videos from IG. THAT’S WHAT I PAID FOR. Not this! Please refund.
Changed App
I purchased an annual subscription to this so I can save videos/photos from Instagram and repost however now I am unable to do so and now locked into an annual plan. I wish I would’ve read the bad reviews before paying for a year subscription.
Terrible
Used to be a story saver, for which they charge a handsome subscription fee. Now changed direction entirely to a reel editor. You can’t have people subscribe to one app and then change to something completely different!

This app was for downloading content from Instagram. Now it completely changed without giving me any notice… I want my money back.
