everything is an upgrade. trying to cancel is very hard! you have to email and get approved. once you buy the app the faces never match up. not good
Too many bugs
There are so many bugs in every video and when you report that the video was completely wrong. It still takes away the credits you used. I made five videos. The first one there was no audio. The second one it didn’t even look like the same person. And if you don’t upgrade to the premium one so paying even more than $12, you will only get a five second clip of your video and half of the videos aren’t even funny until after the five seconds.

Paid to try it out! Video has no sound and only 5 sec long. Rip off
Not happy with purchase
Got to only make 4 videos for $14 and videos only go for about 5 seconds plus doesn’t even look anything like the people i made the videos of. And even after i cancelled my subscription, they still continued to take money out of my account, still waiting on refund!!!

Difficulty to unsubscribe the plan
For web subscription users, there is no option in their portal to unsubscribe and sending email to their support , 1st initial response asking you to choose a reason why want to unsubscribe and inform you will let you know in the next email the steps to cancel……. It is too much hassle for users to unsubscribe a plan! Scam app!
