Mac Mini M4
I was very pleased when I discovered this tool on the Mac M4 MacOS App Library. Until I installed and tried to run it. It CRASHED instantly. š„“ Please fix it.
App wonāt work
App wonāt open on iPhone. It used to work good and suddenly every time I try to open it, it crashes. Please fix it!!
Disappears
When I tap on the app, Ref Tools app flashes up and disappears all within about a second. It works on my iPad but not on my iPhone. It is a nice app but I wish it would work on my iPhone.

I always use this app.But just now I cannot open it , why? I was use iphone 6s plus. ios version is 15.8.3 .please reply to me.

New release no longer opens
Since the recent release, when I open the app, it immediately shuts off. No longer usable. Is it because it now requires most recent iOS? I have 15.6.1 on iPhone 8.

Will not save on my phone Home Screen have to open the App Store ever time I want you use it
Amazing App
I just learned so many things by downloading it and taking a look at the app, unfortunately there is not alot of residential AC and it would be so helpful if there was more information about that too, like the troubleshooter but converted for Residential & Commercial. Overall is a great idea for an App like this thatās why 5 Stars

Incorrect PT Charting for r134a
Iāve been using this app for a long time and really like it never had any issues until now. I was looking up the saturation temperature for an r134a wine unit which had a 21Ā° suction pressure and the app says it is -0.34Ā°, which is incorrect.

Refrigerant temp to psi off
R407C doesnāt have the correct temp to pressure ratio? Havenāt checked any other refrigerants, but I love the layout of the app and switching between a apps is a pain all the time. Sucksā¦

It crashes on iOS12.1.4, iPhone 8 Plus.

Unable to open app no more since Iāve done the previous update even on different phone and even tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, as soon as you open the app it shuts down straight away need to fix this ASAP really enjoyed using this app was very helpful until this happened

I can no longer open this app. I do not know what is wrong but the app will not open. Help.
Please fix just a few things.
First of all I do love this app and appreciate it, it takes away the hassle of having to either carry around a P/T chart or look up each refrigerant individually which makes jobs a lot easier. The only thing that annoys me right now is that on my new iPhone 10 the list of refrigerants seems to be shifted upwards to where I cannot tap on the top of the list as it is blocked by the search bar, mainly R-12. I would greatly appreciate if this was fixed and can provide pictures if you need further evidence. Otherwise an invaluable tool for every HVAC/R tech.

Very good support, I emailed from within the app for feature suggestion and they added it within 2 weeks!!!

Although I would like to see R-11 in the next update. Also R-123 only goes down to 40 degrees.
