Poor design

Great app in concept. Barely functional in use. Heaps of bugs, confusing and unintuitive UI. Often have to restart due to app becoming unresponsive. Sometimes can’t log in. FaceID login doesn’t work. Difficult to see what dates you have put in as available/unavailable. Overall very janky to use. Would not recommend for use.

Terrible for providers

Pay rates glitch and revert back, speed slows down so slow it takes 5 mins to load a name. Sometimes you have to refresh to get it to pull names up on grid. It’s cost us 40k + in wages to roster referees extra because of the speed. Couldn’t think of a worse system

Lots of bugs and a really cheap opt out for orgs not wanting to spend much on a very basic and badly built program. Really bad.

I like the app when it working at the moment can’t even log in, keep saying internet connection but I have internet.

Multiple issues

Issue with login where it will log me our randomly quoting a network issue.

Issue where date does t save when entering availability.

Generally works well though.

Set up

Setting up you account was the most painful thing I ever did when ever I tried to set up a passcode it would work but when I started signing in the passcode kept changing

I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app but I am still getting a black screen.

Black Screen Problem

Was good while it worked but now whenever I open the app it goes to a black screen I have tried deleting and reinstalling it but with no success. Hoping a fix happens soon!

Black screen all week

Me and my son stay logged in to his refbook. I’m the lift to and from work and usually the one to wake him up in time. I haven’t been able to plan which is necessary with a one car/parent household. He still has access. I can’t even get to a log in screen. I have deleted and reinstalled a few times. Tried wifi/data. Seems to be after the last update. Can’t message support as it goes to some weird log in account to do so which looks dodgey after a few days tried it anyway and can’t get through.

Good app

I like this app however when entering custom availability on the calendar the colours are very similar so can make it difficult to see where I have entered when I am available or unavailable.

Annoying

It’s extremely clucky and buggy as. I filled out all my information in setting and the save button doesn’t work. I’m still waiting for tech support to get back. It’s all round annoying and makes me want to smash my phone.

Slow and inefficient

It’s slow and clumsy to use. Simple bugs recur. They can be overcome, but it costs time and is inefficient.

Availability is broke

This app is clunky and frustrating.
The availability also doesn’t work, it crashed when trying to select the range of date, or just freezes and becomes unresponsive.

Forces me to use the desktop version to complete this simple task

Recent update broke something

The most recent update will not allow me to log in using my username and password. It is correct because I can log in via web browser. When trying to reset password via app, my email is not even recognised.

Brilliant functionality

We implemented this at our local association early 2021 and the despite some early teething issues, it is proving to be a fantastic tool. The developers have been fantastic to respond to requests for help and are open to feedback. With over 120 members, we have found the transition very easy and simple for them to use.
