I love Refit and have recently discovered the incredible Rev & Flo too. Both are amazing, fun formats where you don’t realize how good it is for your body! The combination of dance, weighted workouts, mobility and stretching is amazing.

Where are the dance cardio?
I was hoping to see some of the the past videos from 2016- 2025 that you can find on YouTube. Because it’s not on your app. I canceled!

Yay, I’m so glad REFIT has an app! It makes it super easy to join a workout. I like that you can easily search for the different styles or lengths of workouts. And if you really love one you can save it. There are other features I haven’t used much, like the community postings. I think you can follow your favorite instructors. The best thing for me is how quick and easy it is to get to a workout. For me, it’s all about removing any potential barriers to working out!

I totally loved this app so much it has everything and the themes workouts and Christmas themes I am loving it and it is great not having commercials just having fun working out and I loved seeing the class schedules and I put it a screenshot in my photos and seeing what’s coming up each day so and I am loving the community so much I just feel happy inspired in my life it does keeps me motivated to have this app loving it so much

Beautiful APP Easy to use
I love the REFIT app so easy to use and save my workout for future! I get to connect with other REFIT REVOLUTIONARIES! I just love how colorful it is!! So nice to not need to go to YouTube to get my workout or learn new choreography! Game changer all around! Thank you!
Game Changer
Not only does this app allow me to pop my workouts in my pocket and take them anywhere, if I’m indoors (or outdoors if you’re fancy!) I can cast them straight onto the TV. Genius! In addition there’s a great community and a space where I can message, support and cheer them on. I love Refit and I love this app, everything I need is in one portable place . 💛

Loving it!
The REFIT®️ app makes it really easy to find the class you want. I don’t even have to relog every time. That makes it fast to get started at 4 AM or so. I’m loving the new challenge. I hope I have time to make a quick video.
Single songs
Just wish I could create a playlist with single songs and also the single videos one so I can practice and when I could play in class.

Great fitness app
I was really bummed that I was going to be away from my live refit class for a few weeks. I got the app and have been working out every day and loving it! There is a good search feature so I can pick the type of workout, choose from several workout lengths and even sort by favorite instructors. For those if us who love to work out to music, this is THE app.

I have loved Refit since I was an undergrad at Baylor and am SO grateful that the On Demand classes have found such a beautiful home in this app. No workout is like this one - the instructors genuinely care for your body and soul in a way that is truly unique. Best fitness experience out there!!!

I love love love how easy it is to access my favorite workouts and even to try new ones. There are so many options! I know it was a labor of love and I’m so thankful that it was so well thought out! Highly recommend!
