Misleading

All of the programs are misleading… the 6 minute body is actually a 36+ minute workout. The figure 8 is not going to give anyone the advertised abs. Waste of money

Unable to cancel

I have emailed numerous times to cancel . I have not heard back from anyone . It doesn’t show up in the iTunes Store . The only other option to cancel is to send an email that no one ever replies to .

Workouts

I’ve been having such difficulty keeping the videos running. Every time it drops around the 5 minute mark. Also, there’s no new live videos and for the past months there hasn’t been very many. I love BodyFX but even the older videos are still the ones I’ve been doing since I joined 5 years ago. I’ve emailed support and did everything they said to do.

Hi thankyou for your feedback - we are sorry to hear of the issue you are experiencing. It may be an internet speed issue - we would recommend that you download the session in the app and then playback from the downloaded version, which should resolve the playback issue. Regarding the Live sessions, based on customer feedback, we’ve started a new round of higher end production. That will be coming out in the next couple of months. In the meantime we’re displaying Live Replays in the Live section of the app. Please update support@bodyfx.com for further support or troubleshooting- we are delighted to assist and respond in one working day to all enquiries.
