Unable to cancel
I have emailed numerous times to cancel . I have not heard back from anyone . It doesn’t show up in the iTunes Store . The only other option to cancel is to send an email that no one ever replies to .

Workouts
I’ve been having such difficulty keeping the videos running. Every time it drops around the 5 minute mark. Also, there’s no new live videos and for the past months there hasn’t been very many. I love BodyFX but even the older videos are still the ones I’ve been doing since I joined 5 years ago. I’ve emailed support and did everything they said to do.

Body Fx is incredible
Huge variety of sessions available, fun, engaging and results quickly seen - Daily coaching emails and meal plans if you choose - takes all the guess work away - Body Fx has it all and you never need to look elsewhere as it works and is so fun
Fantastic programme
Amazingly versatile programme that can be adapted to individual needs. Daily motivational emails keep me going and give me that extra push when my resolve is waining. The only home programme that I have followed and maintained for so long (almost 5 years now). Love the fact you can mix up the training exercises on a daily basis so never an opportunity to get bored and brilliant that there are new programmes being added all the time. My favourite are the ones that mix resistance with cardio (Surprise workouts / JNL) and more of those would be brilliant but I would recommend this to anyone wishing to remain fit and healthy. It’s cost-effective, fun and it works. Thank you Jaana - you’re an inspiration

A holistic approach to working out!
Truth be told, I’ve been working out for a while now. I know myself , I know I get bored, I know my body and what it needs. Body FX offers enough variety to never get bored of working out, but not to the point where it’s overwhelming. The instructors are engaging, fun, and relatable. They’re real. The workouts check all of my boxes. Body FX is essential to my life as a busy mom of two teenage boys starting a second career which all require a lot of me. Body FX offers me the direction and diversity in my workouts so that I can live my healthiest life. Thank you, Jaana and team for your contribution to the making the world a better place!

App is not working
It’s very frustrating but the app is not working today. Also for the last few weeks video quality has been poor and keeps stopping. Never faced this challenge before.

As we have no details for your account we can not verify this for you right now, however please note this appears to be related to your WiFi connectivity - and not a global issue we are aware of. We recommend that you delete and reinstall the app to ensure that you are running the latest version available - please note if WiFi can be an issue from time to time, you are welcome to download and store sessions for offline use via the app. Our support team are always here to assist you so please contact us with your account details at support@bodyfx.com so we can assist you further with any aspect - thanks

They putting the 50 per cent off as a bait. After I put my card details. No details received. Automatic. Debit for the full price.
Previos version was better
You can view the items in the menu just keeping the tablet vertical, then you can choose the video and watch it horizontal. Pretty unconvenient.
BodyFx upgrades broke the app
The BodyFx program is great. However, since they released version 9.7 last week, all videos just stop playing after about 9-10 minutes, and you are returned to the list of programs in your library. Very poor support from BodyFX. They need to hire more talented programmers. Previous versions to this broke the Roku version as well. Update: The app was upgraded to 9.7 vc 2. I just finished a 29 minute workout (JNL Bicep builder), and the app was stable through the whole video.
Update: I have done 3 workouts this week with the iPad version of BodyFX, and it has remained stable.

App it suck
If you like me have everything as same account with apple thinking it should be easy and everything works well with this thing again because. The app it not working well really suck though got the app with this new generation better but really not and the suck thing it long in apple box but still can’t use the app in apple box I have my account since they started and just bought my package back then and happy just that doesn’t like this all new work out can't use the app in apple box with out subscription suck if someone people want to subscription ok be happy with it but if someone just want to keep they original work out why have to make them pay for something they don’t want to as long as they have account pay for the first time what it be the problem why can’t they use all the app not happy with how they do things with the app at all

Program is great but…
This is a review of the app not the program itself. I joined Bodyfx 4 years ago and this is the only program I have managed to stick with. In those 4 years I’ve had amazing results and I have managed to maintain my wait loss by using the videos on a regular basis. However, since they’ve revamped the app, I’m not a happy customer! The app itself keeps crashing and is just unusable. The website can no longer Chromecast either so i can only view the videos on my small laptop screen. Customer service are very prompt with all enquiries but at the end of the day, it’s just impossible to use any of the videos in a satisfactory manner. It’s been close to 2 months now!

Bel programma, ma la app funziona male e fa passare la voglia
No longer possible to cast on chrome cast
I appreciate the revamped look now it’s easier to find everything however I can no longer cast from the app to my TV much used chrome cast. This makes the app useless because I am not going to workout looking at my phone.
No tech support
After several attempts to email and reach out through the app to make a ticket to inform them that my work outs are locked I have received no response. They have my money but I cannot use any of the work outs like I was before. This is very disappointing. The work outs are wonderful and I was enjoying them but now I am very frustrated and disappointed that they would treat their customers this way.
