Reflection Lock

A typing gate that makes you write a line of reflection before you can open the apps you keep opening out of habit. Connect it with the Shortcuts app: the moment you open a chosen app, Reflection Lock launches and blocks you with a short sentence you must type out, character by character, before it unlocks. Copy/paste and drag-and-drop are disabled - you have to type it yourself. How it works: 1. Choose which apps to guard 2. In the Shortcuts app, set up an automation: "When [app] opens -> Run Reflection Lock" 3. Opening that app triggers the typing gate 4.
