App does no longer works
Error Message: “Could not login, please ensure you have an active internet connection.” I’ve deleted the app, re-downloaded & still same message. I tried to create a new account and same message. It’s been like this for quite some time. Is this how Luxottica treat their customers who bought into their Gen 1 technology? Your glasses are now useless trash.
