Reflex is an app that I have found to help me tremendously on the baseball field. After a hitting session (good or bad), you can express every swing, feel, cue, or any other aspect of baseball you want. This app is like having a hitting coach at your fingertips at all times. Before I begin my hitting sessions, I take a glance at reflex to ensure I have a plan and understand what has been working for me as of late. This allows young and anxious hitters to ease their minds and work towards a goal, taking a lot of that unwanted emotion out of baseball.

Amazing
Been using this app for a few days now and already love it. Rex keeps me focused on certain parts of my swing so I don’t get caught up in trying to improve everything at once. Already seeing improvement in my hitting sessions. Highly recommend.
Mental health
Reflex is a place where you can grow you’re mental strength and development while also getting useful and productive feedback and it’s a place where you can just let loose and tell someone anything you need about baseball and you’re thoughts I’m going to use this during college everyday to take my game to the next level!

Best Hitting App I’ve Tried!
I have been a tester for reflex journal for the past 2 months and its has helped me out tremendously. It helped me to stop overthinking at the plate and fall back on my training. Anyone who wants to take a step up with their hitting development should strongly consider getting Reflex!
