User reviews

It actually works.

I’ve tried a few apps like this before, but I always ended up deleting them because they either felt too complicated or didn’t really help when I actually needed them.

Reform is different. It’s simple, easy to use, and the tools actually make me stop and think before falling back into the same habits. I especially like that it focuses on removing access instead of just relying on willpower.

It’s still early, but so far this is the first app I’ve used that feels like something I could actually stick with. Definitely worth trying if you’ve struggled with quitting before.
