Subscription tied to device
The subscription is tied to a single device. Got a new phone and I get an Error that the device is not associated with account. Stay away.
Can’t even wash
I had logged into my phone, got a wash but my phone died one day and had my brother sign in so I can wash, next think yk I can no longer wash, I even deleted and reinstalled on both phones. Nothing!!!
Don’t get a new phone, you won’t have a car wash
Car wash can only be activated from one phone. Got a new phone? Great, now you can’t wash your car. I’ve reached out to support with no reply. Cancelled my membership, scared to sign up again in the chance my account is still tied to my old phone which would then render a new subscription unusable for me. This app is trash.

Does Not Work! Subscription Useless and support unwilling to fix.
I’ve contacted support numerous times about issues with the app and subscription working. The QR code functionality does not work this making the monthly paid subscription useless. Support makes up excuses and gives a run around.
Doesn’t work
App does not work at all. Tried several times at multiple locations. The old Wash Club button worked well on the Refuel app.

App tells you that it can’t release a code to start the car wash until you are at the car wash. Only problem is, I’m at the car wash. Location services are turned on. I closed and restarted the app. Ultimately I had to go inside the store and have the employee print me off a one time code.

I’ve tried this app at multiple locations and it hasn’t worked once. I purchased the monthly wash subscription and can’t even use it. Waste of money.
