Salary advance loan
This is the worst ever app. Took a salary advance because it was from the company. For 90k they reported 2.5lakh in cibil as the sanctioned amount almost double the salary amount. How can the sanction amount be double the salary amount in a salary advance loan? Second i closed the loan got the noc and raised a dispute. They closed the dispute saying loan is active. I raised a second dispute more than 20 emails and nobody cares. Ive been literally going through so much because of this my bank loan is not getting processed.

I am trying to login to my account since 3 months but they keep showing me a different email of my previous employer n number of times I complained and tried contacting them but no response tried deleting my account but they didn’t di that too worst app would never ever recommend waste of time

Salary deducted but not updated
The amount is already deducted yet not updated and everything is paused and i raised a multiple ticket but never get response and if i called i never get in touch with you guys and your ivr even worst. And you all know how to ignore the email and all useless company. Change your name from refyne to worst and useless and after this if you didnot resolve it am going to put on twitter as well as on all the social media platform .

Worst support from Customer care
I have taken loan and repaid fully within 3 months. They asked to repay with full interest amount -within 48 hrs extra interest amount will be refunded to registered bank account like that they said. It’s been 20 days above , daily I am calling they will say we will look into it . Daily same response . Worst service I have ever seen .

Complaint against Refyne App - Unjustified Payment Demand and App Issue
I am writing to lodge a complaint against Refyne App for unethical and harassing behavior. I was a user of the app to avail advance salary during my employment. Upon resigning and receiving my full and final settlement, the app is now demanding an unwarranted payment of ₹2338. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue through the app and via WhatsApp and phone calls, I am unable to login to the app as advised. I believe this to be an unjustified and illegal demand and request immediate investigation into the matter.
