Constant crashes, but amazing App

This is the most helpful app I’ve got… when it works. 50% of the time it won’t even open, and 25% of the time it crashes before I get what I need. But the 25% of the time that it actually works, it is awesome! I really want an update to fix the bugs.

New update issues

With the new software update for iPhones (14.0) this app stopped working. It’ll take forever to load the app and then it’ll be unusable once it does load. I’ll click on tracker and then try and click on diaper or feeding and the app will just froze. Please fix the app so it can work with the new software update on the iPhones.

So So App

While I did enjoy all the informational articles, I was really disappointed to find out that there is no way to indicate when you have a miscarriage and get articles related specifically to that. Basically I have to either reset and erase all the information on the app (which I found to be very difficult emotionally because I didn’t want to “erase” my baby three days after the miscarriage) or uninstall the app altogether. If you don’t reset or delete the app, it keeps notifying you of new milestones. No my baby didn’t just make it to 14 weeks but thanks for pouring more salt in this wound. The other app I have not only allowed me to indicate the miscarriage, it also allowed me to keep all the notes I had made during the first trimester about my little girl’s ultrasound exams and how I was doing. They also provided me with a few support groups my husband and I could reach out to if we wanted, something this app did not offer. So it’s great for information but terrible for actual patient support.

Response from developer

Hi, we are sorry to hear about your experience. This is actually a feature we are currently working on and appreciate the feedback. If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to reach to out to us at support@wildflowerhealth.com.

Meh

Here I was thinking we’d get this robust interface & experience, esp after having to enter membership information. This app is really nothing more than a handful of articles you could get anywhere on the internet. Give you a couple stars for effort, but it’s a pretty lackluster app. Deleted after 5 min using.

Very useful, like the connection to my plan

The app allows one touch call to my health plan maternity care team, which is great. I can set milestones I want to track, track my weight, create a list of things to talk to my doctor about. I love the videos that demonstrate baby's growth.
