They don’t make it clear that there is a $5 paper statement fee.
When you sign up for an account you have to go to the settings to sign up for paperless statements. They don’t make it simple and part of the sign up process like every other bank. They sneak the fee into the fine print that is barely legible. It feels like a money making scheme for them.

Difficulty with transactions. External account added somehow got dropped. Could not transfer funds in so got service charged.
