AI Slop - don’t waste your money
Very buggy almost unusable. Design of the app is laughably ugly and you can tell the developer just got AI to built the whole thing.
Plus there’s a hard paywall with no free trial. Can’t believe I wasted 20 minutes just to be expected to pay $100 upfront to even try it out…
Don’t recommend.
(P.S: I use the app Milligram it’s a much better alternative to tracking your peptides)

Clearly one of our competitors is feeling the pressure, using a review to promote their own app. For the record: Regimen has a free plan for one compound, a 14-day free trial, and nothing is paid upfront. Users praise Regimen for its design and ease of use, so read the reviews and judge for yourself.
Incredibly Simplified!
Whoever created and designed this app deserves huge kudos. Been using this for almost 6 months. It’s an amazing tool that makes tracking and organizing your peptides and other injectables super simple and efficient!! 100% worth the cost although I wish it was a lifetime subscription for the fee or a one time payment. My ONLY complaint about this app so far is that the Tesamoreline/Ipamoreline blend is not available as an option and have to do the two separately which messes up the dosing so you gotta manually adjust accordingly. Hopefully they add that really soon. Keep up the awesome work and hopefully y’all see the review and recommendation!

Excellent App! And Updating!
Tried several different apps to log my protocols. Regimen has everything that I was looking for! Calculators to dial in the maths, check off type of dose logging to make daily injections easy, as well as Health integration and blood test integration. The best part is they listen to the community and keep improving an already great app! Excited for the future.

Was using website to reconstitute nasal peps no problem but thought I’d o downloaded App would be easier 🤦♀️ have to create account and pay - no thanks!

Finally an app that gets protocol management right.
I’ve tried multiple apps for tracking TRT, peptide, and bioregulator protocols but this is the first one that actually fits how a real regimen works. (Nod to app name!)
Dosing and scheduling: Multiple compound status (daily, EOD, weekly) with reminders that hit at the right times, not one generic daily alert.
Inventory tracking: Always know how many days of a compound are left - so I don’t run out mid cycle.
Conversion calculator: the best part. mg/mcg conversions, IU draws based on concentration, and reconstitution math. All built-in, no more manual calculations.
The missing piece between "protocol in my head" and actually managing it properly. Recommend it for anyone regardless of level. Peace of mind and money well spent.

I’m a new user to this app. It had all the features I was looking for, including a short trial period.
Once I got all my information in, there were a couple things that seemed to be missing or needed clarifying. I reached out to the developer who responded to me the next day. Not only did they address my questions, they confirmed a bug and are going to add notes for patches on dosing/halflives as well adding an additional delivery method for estradiol.
I will be out of the trial period in two weeks and plan on paying for this app.

I have been using this app daily for two months and it is indispensable for tracking my peptides and other compounds, both oral and injectable. Fantastic for both cycles and continuous use.
The UI is intuitive, preconfigured compounds are extensive, dosing volume and other vital data displayed for administration, and reminders help ensure doses are taken on time.
Needs titration dosing, better injection tracking, and a few other features to help improve user experience. But, the developer is very responsive and committed to making it the best app for TRT, peptide, and PED users.

Too confusing and fraud
I signed up for the annual plan with free trial, or what I thought was a free trial, but I tried to cancel after spending 15 minutes trying to figure out how to use this app. The app is impossible to use and is not intuitive. I can’t make sense of anything, let alone log an injection. So I tried to cancel the trial but it said I’m subscribed for a full year and not getting a refund. Please help. I’m so confused and disappointed.
Bottom line is this app is poorly designed. Looks like they tried to add a thousand features and none are implemented well and none are intuitive.

Sorry this was frustrating. Billing and free trials are handled entirely by Apple, so we never charge your card or even see your payment details. To cancel or request a refund, head to reportaproblem.apple.com, it takes a minute. And if you'd like a hand getting set up, logging a dose is just a tap or two once you're in. Email support@helloregimen.com and we'll personally walk you through it.

Great peptide and testosterone tracker !
Very simple to use. Love that you can setup repeating doses that you need every week or you can setup short term protocols. Very simple. Worth every penny! Way better than using the reminders app on my phone. It has an excellent calculator too
Developers that listen to feedback
I’ve left feedback for features that needed improvement and within a month the features were improved. The team behind this is on top of it. You can request features and leave feedback and they are actively working to make it better week by week. This is my go to app now for tracking everything.

Most Needed App for someone on a health and Peptide journey
Easy to use! I love this app, It has EVERYTHING. From reconstituting math, to charting, and taking photos. It even logs your blood work, labs, and tells you how long peps are in your system!

I cannot say enough good about this app. It is the combination of the features of 3 other apps I’ve been using, and more. The user experience is smooth, items are easy to add, and the details are customizable. The developer is incredibly responsive to feedback. I can’t recommend this app enough. App needs a few more tweaks but it’s amazing
It has helped me to replace 3 separate apps, I throughly enjoy tracking my stack and the ease of this app. I would throughly enjoy some widget capabilities. Especially on lock screen as I like to keep track visually at a glance.
