Horrible Rewards Program
You have to be Sherlock Holmes to find your reward points and forget about using your points. The only reason to use the app is convenience of ordering. Do not expect to use reward points.
Love the pizza, hate the app
Need to reset my password, but I get an email with no link in it. Guess I won’t be ordering any time soon.
Frustrating
It’s difficult to create an account. The app will tell you your password is invalid but not why. Finally found a password combo that worked and got through the app only to be told I’m outside delivery zone. I wish it had started out with that info, I could have saved frustration.
Menu?
This app asks for my order but does not show me a menu until I start to place an order. I want to see the menu and prices before I decide if I’m ordering.
Small bug
Error keeps popping up when trying to use a saved card number during checkout. Otherwise everything else works great.
