Horrible Rewards Program
You have to be Sherlock Holmes to find your reward points and forget about using your points. The only reason to use the app is convenience of ordering. Do not expect to use reward points.
Love the pizza, hate the app
Need to reset my password, but I get an email with no link in it. Guess I won’t be ordering any time soon.
Frustrating
It’s difficult to create an account. The app will tell you your password is invalid but not why. Finally found a password combo that worked and got through the app only to be told I’m outside delivery zone. I wish it had started out with that info, I could have saved frustration.
Menu?
This app asks for my order but does not show me a menu until I start to place an order. I want to see the menu and prices before I decide if I’m ordering.
Small bug
Error keeps popping up when trying to use a saved card number during checkout. Otherwise everything else works great.
Unable to select payment
After a recent update, I am now unable to submit a credit card payment for my order.
Easy tasty and reasonable
Reginellis is consistent. They have a good menu to choose from and the food is very fresh. The app is so easy to use and super convenient. It is a go to when I am too tired to think. And the salads are very good. If they do make a mistake (on occasion forgetting salad dressing) they are very good about comping the order or making it up in the next order. I recommend.

Reginelli’s food is great, and this app makes it simple to order.
Pizza any time
Reginellis is my preferred pizza delivery joint. And the app makes it very easy to be lazy for dinner. User friendly, easy to navigate and able to add a tip when you’re lacking cash. But I also like that there is a cash option to pay as well.
The only thing I would like to see added is a notification to update status of my order (sort of like the dominoes app). Even something simple like a text to notify receipt/start of order and when the order leaves the store would be just great.
Otherwise, I’m a happy customer!

Nice and easy app, delicious food
App is easy to navigate and a pleasure to use. I like the repeat order feature. My only wish was that you could add the tip for the driver via the app instead of adding it upon delivery
