Tax rates with three decimals — like 4.225% — are now computed exactly, so taxed plans land on zero to the cent. US and Canadian storefronts get a clearer note about when the tax total is an estimate. Family purchase approvals that arrive mid-clear now count toward the plan on the spot. Thanks for using Rei!

Ни в коем случае не пользуйтесь этим приложением, не обнуляет баланс под ноль и выдает ошибку

Здравствуйте! Это не сбой, а налог с продаж в США: App Store добавляет его к цене каждой звезды прямо при оплате. Если план построен без налога, списания выходят чуть больше запланированного — и на последний платёж средств уже не хватает, отсюда ошибка. Чтобы выйти ровно в 0, включите на главном экране переключатель «Добавить налог» и укажите точную ставку для вашего платёжного адреса (штат + округ + город — её можно посмотреть в письме-чеке от App Store о любой прошлой покупке). Тогда Rei заранее считает каждую звезду уже с налогом. В ближайшем обновлении сделаем этот шаг обязательным и заметным, чтобы такое не повторялось. Если на балансе остались средства — напишите на hello@dariaiaparova.com, поможем довести до нуля.

Минимальная цена в российском App Store - 15 ₽, ни одно приложение не сможет потратить данную сумму без пополнения баланса. Rei в таком случае подсказывает запрос в поддержку, они обнуляют такие остатки по обращению.

Sorry for your experience — this was a tax-rounding bug on our side (only US store was affected). Your money didn't go anywhere: it's still on your account, and only what you approved was ever charged. The rounding is fixed in the update, so the last purchase won't fall short again.
