REI app is never slow or problem ridden. Provides direct and easily accessible information without over complicating it. Very clean interface overall.
Functional App
Update: Still a good app, but it’s so frustrating when you have a filtered search up and it reverts to the home page if you get pulled away for too long. You are forced to start all over.

My Absolute Favorite Store
I’ve been a member of REI since the mid 80’s and they made my feeble attempts at backpacking, hiking and cross country skiing so much fun and pleasurable! Very knowledgeable staff and a wonderful selection of clothing and gear to help you achieve your goals! Love you guys!

The photos of clothing don’t display properly on my phone.
Getting better but still needs work
Though it’s not great, I keep the REI app on my phone so I have my membership info handy and to occasionally look at products. The mailbox takes way too many clicks to get to from a notification and the search often doesn’t work correctly. It’s been getting better though so I’m hopeful the app team will continue to make improvements.

Easy to use
App is very fast loading and searching. It’s easy to use when you know what you want amd when you just want to search the catalog for new gear.
Inventory not updated
Multiple attempts to purchase items on the app result in email saying not available. The app should be updated with current inventory
App issues
When viewing products the app displays only part of the product’s to the left side. This cuts off the description and price when scrolling through, so to see prices and descriptions you have to select and open full product page.
Rating
The app is very easy to navigate.
Misleading
When an item is shown on sale and when I put it in the cart it shows up as full price. This is frustrating!!!

This is normally a great app but on occasion, like the past few days, it continually signs me out.
