Calls are not ringing on the app
I have been with the support team for hours
They can not figure out why the incoming calls are not ringing on the app

Needs a lot of fixes, otherwise great platform
Needs a lot of fixing. I constantly have to reinstall the app because I stop getting notifications and the notifications don’t properly mark themselves as read/unread even though I have workflows set to automate the responses. I have to work on my computer most of the time which is inconvenient, I really hope this doesn’t break any further and become unusable

Customer Service is NOT Helpful at all and Rude
I purchased the app and was not provided a twillo account which is another $16 a month. No worries still wanted to proceed however the 2 can’t be synced. That’s not the issue customer service refused to help me get a REI twillo account to help with this issue. Since yesterday the same rep Christian had repeatedly stated to use the company provided twillo but there was none the section is blank so how can I use something you didn’t provide.
Don’t bother it’s a waste of money.
Please invest in real customer service because the current customer service doesn’t care.

This is a game changer. I feel like I have momentum like the big wholesalers in my city. I have so much leads I can’t even handle it but I love it. If your new this is a must have tool for you & your business & it’s truly affordable!!!
For anyone having issues
If you are having issues with the iPhone app just delete and reinstall.
This is a great program and I prefer using it on my laptop since it’s a bit easier to open up other programs I use. I really appreciate the app for when I’m on the go I can still respond to leads in a timely manner.

Doesn’t open
I get notifications on my iPhone but I can’t open the app. Every time I open it, it’s just blank. Please fix ASAP.
I CAN NOT RECEIVE NOTIFICATIONS ON THE IPHONE VERSION
I love the updates you have made but I am unable to receive notifications on the iPhone version of the app. Works fine on the iPad version. Needs attention ASAP. Thanks

They won’t let me cancel my subscription
I want to cancel my subscription and this guys take so long to respond back. They don’t have a cancellation button on their website. I already opened multiple tickets in their support and no response whatsoever.
I called their support saying i want to cancel and this guy keeps dodging the topic. He said he’ll tell the owner to cancel my account but no response from them yet. I think these guys only care when your paying them but don’t care when your not.

Awesome app for Real Estate Investors
Awesome app for Real Estate Investors. Definitely recommend for follow up and replying for multiple campaigns. Filling your pipeline and getting more customers. Great cost at a great value.
