Cannot even login to this app. Has Boeing stopped using this app? I need to know where my funds are and why this does not work anymore!

I’ve been using the apps for years. Last month it stopped working. Is Boeing no longer using this? NSURLErrorDomain Error -1012
Unstable
When it works, it is very convenient. Most times a glitch prevents logon, or knocks you off before completing operations.
Has worked great…in the past!
Tried to log in repeatedly…nothing would work . Deleted app and reinstalled several times…wouldn’t work. Rebooted phone. App Accepted information from iPhone Passwords but gave error messages whenever I tried to enter my company…which has pre/filled itself previously. App is useless until fixed!

App has never worked, states use same login as benefits website, called numerous times no resolve! Benefits website works fine
Absolute Garbage
Holds your funds hostage and absolutely does not work. Makes you go through entire claim process over and over and then times out with no recourse or help. I’ve tried for months to get my reimbursement and nothing! This is fraud and theft!
Great tool…when it works
This app is an easy way to submit for claims reimbursement, however it has been having issues recently and continually times out when submitting a claim. Please fix this!

This app is outdated and a complete waste of space.

Unable to submit a claim. I have the provider sign and I submit everything and it just sits there and spins on until it gives a message saying it has timed out and the app then crashes. And we try it over and over with the same results. Makes me want to file a class action suit for my money being held hostage.

Horrible Timeout
This app is horrible… makes me feel like my money is being held hostage. Each time I try to make a claim, it times out and doesn’t push the claim through. There needs to be more support for a financial app like this…
Useless
I have been trying for over a year to log onto this app with no success despite many calls to Alight to for assistance. All they can do is tell me to delete the app and re-install it.
Worst App Ever.
No way to contact support. App just signs out every single time I submit a provider’s signature without actually submitting the claim.
This App is a Joke
This APP is constantly down or puts out random error codes. Unusable most of the time.
The IT employees are obviously untrained or inept if they can’t keep a simple App up and running.

Unbelievably buggy and difficult to get working
There’s too many bugs to list but the biggest one right now I’m facing is that you can only log in once. You’ll need to delete the entire app, pray, then re download it to use it again.

I am writing about the “Reimbursement App”.
It is great when it works but it is constantly down due to “updates”. I use a-lot of Apps and this is the worst!
Also randomly logs you out for no reason. Random error notices They need to get their IT team on board to fix these problems so the App works seamlessly.
The customer service department for Alight sent a ticket to IT department and they said it would take five days to respond.
That is absurd.

Literally the worst app ever
This is the worst, buggiest app ever. Every time i try and log in it tells me there’s an error. It only fixes itself if i uninstall the app and reinstall it. this time when i uninstalled it and reinstalled it my company doesn’t come up, so i can’t even log into the app lol. such a waste of time, you guys really need to fix this app as it’s obviously an ongoing issue for years.

Lousy app!
What a poor excuse for an app. This should be an easy thing to apply for reimbursement of my money but I can never get in, I keep changing my password and still can’t get in! Hate it!
