This has been really quick to submit for my son. I would not have time to submit claims otherwise.

Feels like a scam
My doctor pays for this service, so I was able to submit claims for free. He is definitely getting scammed paying for such a terrible product. Reimbursify worked fine until I changed insurance policies. I have been in back and forth support with their customer care team trying to fix this for a year. No matter what, my old insurance information keeps reverting back. It's just laughable. You are better off submitting your own claims, so there is a record of it in your insurance company's system, and you can know for sure they were submitted.

An absolute scam
My doctors office had Reimbursify as an option on their site so I figured it was the best way to file my claim. As I worked on it I wondered why it was making me file so much separately even for a single visit. Then, it didn't file my claim and kept it in "drafts" forcing me to download this app. Once I did, I realized it wanted to charge me per claim after a certain amount. After wasting time with Reimbursify, I went direct to my insurance company site. It was easier, faster, and, of course, free. This is basically a scam! Check your insurance site first! What a gross company and app!

Makes it easier to ditch the paperwork, just make sure you filled it all out correctly
Support and communication failure
They continually make mistakes in submitting claims. Claims are rejected because of this and they don’t notify you. You have to manually follow up with support and restate your question multiple times for them to look into the issue.

This app and overall company for that matter is awful. Do NOT use them for your out of network claims. Claims submitted are frequently lost, claims done incorrectly, no live support to help w troubleshooting (and when you do reach out, company is unresponsive for weeks)… also, the plethora of recent 5* reviews here seems super suspicious- prior to Aug 2, reviews were few and far between, yet between 8/2- 8/9 there are suddenly 37 (!!!) 5* reviews (most of which were done on 8/2, 8/3, 8/6 & 8/7)?? Hmmm….

Super Easy, Works
I’ve used this app for maybe two years now. I’ve never had any problem. It’s super convenient to submit out of network bills to my insurance company. It’s become a habit now at the end of the month I get my statements, screenshot them, upload them, and I’m done in less than five minutes. I love being able to clone prior claims for doctors I see regularly – a big time saver.

Straight Forward/Clean Design
This system is exactly what my brain needs to keep reimbursement simple and trackable! I see a provider out of network weekly so Reimbursify has been so helpful in organizing claims! It’s super easy, and for the same claim type I am able to just copy, paste, and upload the receipt to submit it.
Easy to Use App
Easy to use app to get claims processed with insurance. I have to interact with customer service multiple times (not due to the app) and the Reimbursify team is awesome!
Works well but...
...charges you per visit rather than per superbill / claim. Example: You go to pt 4 times in a month, and your pt provides one superbill for that month... you still need to pay for "4 claims" even though insurance processes it as one claim. I've also had trouble getting Reimbursify to follow up on a claim submission, or resubmit. That said, when I submit through reimbursify, I often see the claim appear on insurance a few days later.

Helpful
Was hesitant for quite a while, so I would have liked to start using Reimbursify sooner. We only missed on one claim due to timing last year though. I also tried to do it on my own, yet dealing with insurance providers ain’t fun nor easy. Appreciate this app’s help.
Time Savings Galore
After Reimbursify I don’t have to call my insurance company to keep checking on manually submitted super bills that ended up getting “lost” somehow from the payor’s direct website. Lots of stress is gone knowing I can click a few buttons and the rest will be handled for me. I’ve been using it for 8 months now and cannot imagine having to go back to manual submissions again with multiple follow up calls on each one. Highly recommend if you want time back in your life without talking to insurance.

A Godsend!
Really thankful for this app. When you’re going through a major health issue, the last thing you want is to go through a ton of paperwork and struggle with your insurance company. This app does the grunt work for you, and it makes things sooooo much easier.
Easy and fast!!
This app has been a godsend! It takes the lab and guesswork out of filing medical claims! I even had someone at my own insurance company at how quickly the claim was processed using Reimbursify! I will never self file my claims again!
Finally!
Finally something about healthcare is easy and efficient! Reimbursify has reinvented the claims submission process. The app is self explanatory and easy to use- and I am not a tech person.

Makes getting reimbursed very easy
I always have such a hard time filling out the forms for out of network reimbursement and knowing what boxes to check, etc. This app makes it very easy for you!
Fast insurance filing
Reimbursify is so easy to use and claims are submitted quickly. Even when my insurance didn’t process the claim, Reimbursify contacted my insurance to see why the claim was not processed yet. They do all the hard work for you! Would definitely recommend them for your insurance claims!
Easy to use
This is the only way to submit claims to insurance. Take a photo of the paperwork, complete the information, submit. Much easier than I expected. No printing of insurance forms, looking for a stamp and envelope to mail everything. Super simple.
