Worst app
It takes so long to be able to find a ride and then once you finally find a ride they go pickup other people before dropping you off. Every time I try booking a ride I get the same message, “we are experiencing a high level of demand please try again in a few minutes.” WORST APP EVER
It’s a hit or Miss
I just booked a ride to my location, and waited 20 minutes. It said the driver was there. I looked and could not find him. It turns out he parked on another street, about a 7 minute walk. As I was walking to where he was parked, I called him three times, each time saying he was unavailable. Just as I was about to reach his spot, the app told me he left as he could not find me. So, he couldn’t pick up his phone to answer my phone call but had access to his phone to cancel my ride? I am now waiting ANOTHER 20 minutes for a new ride. I hope this app in the future hires drivers that are actually competent.

Smart Ride inside ARAMCO
Very convenient and easy to book a ride. I was able to use it several times since I don’t know how to drive. Now I can easily go from one place to another. I really love it.

Horrible waiting times
I would give this app a 0 star rating if I could, multiple times I’ve had horrible experiences. It takes over 1 hour to find a ride under 30 minutes, I might as well could have walked, the app had horrible waiting times, and the drivers drop you off at the wrong spot. I ordered my cab and it didn’t even come to my location, it went somewhere else, he then told me to cancel the ride because he wouldn’t come even though it was 2 minutes away for him to drive. He canceled the ride and ended up not taking me, I ordered another one, and got dropped off 10 minutes away from my destination, i informed him, he refused to take me to the proper location that I wanted to go to because “that was the location that his phone set”. I would not recommend.

Not so great experience with one of your driver
I ordered a car and he arrived after 15 mns and call me to come down, i literally had to be late for 5 minutes exactly, every one minute he called me and then the last time he shout it at me saying “yalla ma fini ontozrak rah emchi” and then he cance and left. I was on the road at this moment searching for him…
This was a very mean and unacceptable behavior from him. I hope you choose the top criteria for your drivers and test them.

Easy to use
Love the app. They are the cheapest most the time of all.
Great app
One problem with app is map it gets tricky sometimes to pinpoint the place you want to go to on map they should use satellite imagery to make it easier.
I really like the service, the cars and app overall ... the drivers are great sometimes you get a moody driver but mostly everything is good.

من اسوء البرامج للتوصيل المشوار ب١٩ وبعد اسبوع نفس المشاوير صارت ب٣٠ !! واليوم كان عندي موعد ضروري للمستشفى ونزلت انتظره قبل الوقت بعدين تجيني رسالة الغاء بسبب تأخيري ؟ وهو اصلا ما جاء للموقع
