Unreliable App and Unprofessional Service
The app is inconsistent both in terms of rides, and availability. The customer service is extremely unresponsive and unhelpful. The wallet “feature” doesn’t work at all, after charging the wallet there’s nothing to select to be able to use the money you charged and somehow it’s still not removed from the app.
Contacting customer service for a refund is an extremely lengthy and frustrating process of re-explaining the issue over and over again any time you try to get an update. The issue remains unresolved and the Rekab team’s only response is dragging it out with a “it’ll be issued as soon as possible” even though it’s going to be a whole month since the complaint was first issued.
Highly advise against using Rekab, extremely unreliable service, broken features, high prices for shared rides, and unsupportive customer service. I will simply stick with the actually reliable ride-sharing apps with their great customer support.

A very bad experience that I will not repeat. Despite the long waiting time in this tiring atmosphere, he did not stick to the location specified for him and then cancelled the trip on his part.
Best over all competitors
Rekab is the best taxi app I’ve used in Saudi Arabia. It’s reliable, easy to use, and always on time. Highly recommended!

I'm upset. I always use Rakab. I don't know why it's become bad. There's always a problem the driver creates regarding the location, although I'm 100% sure that it's true because I use it in all applications. No one complains about it. Today my ride was 17 riyals, but the driver took 22 riyals from me without telling me.

Most of the time there isn’t any Rekab a left and always on high demand you should add more taxis

It takes so long to be able to find a ride and then once you finally find a ride they go pickup other people before dropping you off. Every time I try booking a ride I get the same message, “we are experiencing a high level of demand please try again in a few minutes.” WORST APP EVER
Usually pretty okay..
Usually rekab is pretty okay, but TWICE the driver hasn’t come all the way to the stop and has instead stopped at the beginning of the car park or the top of the street, then turned around and left, and I got a notification that said we ‘missed it’.

Was a Good app
I had a several rides with Rekab app. But from a while ago it won't open, just keep downloading, after a several tries it open but the whole map is gray and saying (your pickup location is out of service zone.

It’s a hit or Miss
I just booked a ride to my location, and waited 20 minutes. It said the driver was there. I looked and could not find him. It turns out he parked on another street, about a 7 minute walk. As I was walking to where he was parked, I called him three times, each time saying he was unavailable. Just as I was about to reach his spot, the app told me he left as he could not find me. So, he couldn’t pick up his phone to answer my phone call but had access to his phone to cancel my ride? I am now waiting ANOTHER 20 minutes for a new ride. I hope this app in the future hires drivers that are actually competent.

Smart Ride inside ARAMCO
Very convenient and easy to book a ride. I was able to use it several times since I don’t know how to drive. Now I can easily go from one place to another. I really love it.
The price is rising in each ride! Not practical
I have used Rekab app for a month, in the first week the price was affordable, but in last 2 weeks, the prices are rising despite the same distance between home and hospital! PLEASE UNITE THE PRICES, rising it is disappointing and discouraging and NOT PRACTICAL to book new rides in the future, PLEASE CONSIDER THIS DIFFERENCES IN PRICES BECAUSE IT IS AFFECTING NEGATIVELY👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
انا استخدم تطبيق ركاب قرابة الشهر، سعر الرحلة بالبداية كان معقول ولكن باخر اسبوعين من استخدامي له الاسعار ترتفع! رغم ان المسافة بين البيت والمستشفى لم تتغير هي نفسها! ارجو توحيد اسعار التوصيل، غير معقول انها ترتفع بعد كل استخدام، هذا غير عملي ومخيب للامال ومثبط في الحجز لرحلات جديدة بالمستقبل، ارجوكم ضعوا بالحسبان فرق السعر لانها مؤثرة بشكل سلبي👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Horrible waiting times
I would give this app a 0 star rating if I could, multiple times I’ve had horrible experiences. It takes over 1 hour to find a ride under 30 minutes, I might as well could have walked, the app had horrible waiting times, and the drivers drop you off at the wrong spot. I ordered my cab and it didn’t even come to my location, it went somewhere else, he then told me to cancel the ride because he wouldn’t come even though it was 2 minutes away for him to drive. He canceled the ride and ended up not taking me, I ordered another one, and got dropped off 10 minutes away from my destination, i informed him, he refused to take me to the proper location that I wanted to go to because “that was the location that his phone set”. I would not recommend.
