About
Reklamasjon keeps your consumer complaints in one place.
When you have complained about something you bought - a kitchen, a sofa, an appliance, a tradesman's work - it can take weeks to settle. Meanwhile it is easy to lose track. Where does the case stand? Has the shop replied? What did I send them?
This app answers that. It shows your cases with the shops and suppliers you have complained to, and lets you follow them from your phone.
HOW IT WORKS
You file the case with the shop you bought from, using the form they link to. Afterwards you sign in to the app with the same email address, and the case is there.
Signing in is a one-time code by email. There is no password to remember.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
- See all your cases with a shop, with status and the full history
- Read what the shop has written, and reply to them
- Send photos of the fault straight from the camera or your photo library
- File a new case with a shop you already have a case with
- Get an email when the shop replies or changes the status
- Translate messages into your own language
- Delete your sign-in from the app whenever you want
LANGUAGES
The app is in Norwegian and English. Messages in a case can also be machine translated into more than thirty languages, by a translation service running inside the EU/EEA, so you can read what the shop writes even if you do not read Norwegian. Translation happens only when you ask for it, and a translation is shown in addition to the original, never instead of it.
FOR PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS
Reklamasjon is built for you as a consumer, not for a company's employees. The app is free, with no advertising, no in-app purchases and no tracking.
It is not tied to one particular chain. The service is used by independent shops and suppliers in Norway, and if you have cases with several of them, you will find them all in the same app.
PRIVACY
Your case belongs to the shop you complained to. They are responsible for its contents.
You can delete your sign-in at any time, under Settings in the app. That signs you out everywhere and removes the personal data we hold for your sign-in.
Your cases are not deleted automatically. They are held by the shop you complained to - contact the shop if you want to request deletion of a case. The shop may need to keep certain information where the law requires it.
Data is stored within the EU/EEA. The privacy notice at reklamasjonsenter.no/personvern explains what we store, for how long, and why.
HELP
Questions about the case itself: contact the shop - they answer you in the app.
