Vaditrans Admin puts your entire transport operation in your pocket. Built for fleet managers, dispatchers and transport office staff, it gives you a live view of every trip, vehicle and driver in your company — and lets you act on what you see, wherever you are. TRIPS • Every company trip in one list, newest first, with customer, reference number, dates and current status visible at a glance. • Search by customer, or filter by reference number, truck, trailer, driver or date period. • Show only open trips when you want to focus on work still in progress. • Open any trip for the full picture: route, stops and how far the driver has got. • Reassign the driver, second driver, truck, second truck or trailer at any time. • Close a trip when the job is done — or reopen it if something needs revisiting. • Reset driver statuses when a trip needs to be run again from the start.
