Great DJing App
As someone who’s still fairly new to DJing, Rekordbox has made the learning process much less intimidating than I expected. The layout is clean, the features are easy to find, and importing and organizing my music has been straightforward from day one.
I especially appreciate how beginner-friendly everything feels while still offering plenty of advanced tools to grow into over time. Creating playlists, analyzing tracks, setting cue points, and preparing mixes all feel intuitive, and I’ve been able to spend more time practicing instead of trying to figure out the software.
Overall, Rekordbox has given me a great first experience as a new DJ. It’s helped build my confidence, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone just getting started.

Library features lacking
I wanted something I could use on the go as a platform but I can’t edit or build playlists. It doesn’t display track information such as BPM or key in the library. Might as well use Djay which is full-featured. This app is a toy.

App keeps crashing!
Payed for subscription but keeps crashing won’t let you choose the next track have to delete the app then reload again so frustrating. Not sure if it’s just when using it on my iPad as I’ve not had the problem when I have it plugged up to my turntables.
