Subscribed but still on free plan
Spent about an hour trying to workout how you to use for my paid subscription. I have given up, app is all over the place, updates has ruined this.
Would not recommend guys. No support to talk to about it either.

you know whats great, when you download your music for offline playback, then this buggy pos decides you cant use it because you have no internet. rekordbox is a dinosaur and I’m so sick of it. cant shuffle, cant keep a date added order. cant remember trim position. years and years and years I’ve given these guys money and I’m just sick of it

Opus quad support for SoundCloud streaming using IOS rekordbox
When you connect IOS version to Opus quad, it doesn’t bring SoundCloud playlist up ! Do you want to add this feature ?

I really hope an iPad version is released soon or a full version of record box for iPad. It would be great to store and manage all files on a touchscreen that can be plugged directly into my controller.

Do not buy. Purchase Djay for decent iOS dj apps
This app is another level of awful. I subscribed with the hope that the truly exceptional quality of the desktop software would translate to the app. This is not the case. There are no STEMS. You can only use two decks. The sound gives up through streaming services so it just crackles. I paid for the one year subscription in good faith, I have no idea how to get my money back but this is such a basic app in comparison to others that it’s just an insult. Genuinely. It’s a waste. They have so much credit built up from the diligence attached to the main product, that it almost feels like the interested hobbiest who wants to dj on the go before translating it to the decks for advancement is just a customer they don’t want. It’s made me properly sad.

There’s someone who doesn’t have a DJ control board yet this has been a really good ultimate to use just to practice and get used to looking at software and VPN and stuff I recommended for any beginning. Can’t wait to get my controller though to see how it works.

The game seems good so far but I can’t change what music I use. I have internet but welder I click to change the music to tidal, (the music streaming service) it says I need internet to change service. Please fix this🙏🙏

So after months and months of back and fourth regarding a firmware update I'm none the wiser and have a unit I can't use Waste of money

“Please wait a while before trying again” is the ridiculous error I get when trying to scroll through my playlists on Apple Music

Massive spinning circle pops up and doesn’t go away until I unplug it and reboot the app and start all over again.
This is the most annoying part along with the lag when using cues. You can tap the performance pad 10 times and only 7 of your taps will register on time. Ridiculous

Add the ability to export the music library
Add the ability to export the music library to a USB flash drive. Sometimes there’s no way to get access to a laptop and transfer tracks to a flash drive.

You guys need to work on the effects like the siren and horn to be louder in the editing it’s not loud enough to be noticeable
