Useless app
I made few requests for maintenance, nothing ever been done.
Poor Suggestions and Time-Consuming Tile Maintenance Service Experience
Very disappointing experience with this tile maintenance service. Instead of providing practical solutions, they kept suggesting unnecessary replacements and upgrades that not even needed and required multiple days to complete.
On top of that, the entire process consumed a huge amount of my time and Multiple visits.They failed to provide clear guidance from the start, which made everything more complicated than it should have been.
Overall, poor suggestions, time wasted, and zero consideration for the customer’s convenience.

This app is not even letting me register. Worst than the customer service the company is providing.

This app is absolutely useless, it must me removed as it portrays a fake presence of ADCP support, I have been trying to reach out to ADCP with multiple options in the app with absolutely no response from anyone. Please return to normal support with human beings instead of this dumb app!

You may wish to consider to add the option “others” to the drop down menu of the Categories, because the current categories options doesn’t address all the Maintainace related issues that the tenant may need to raise a Maintainince request for.

About the application. It’s almost useless nothing needed available for each and every thing have to make request which going where no one knows tothiq certificate must be available and can download or send to e mail option useless to get in leasing office which I don’t know where is

Maintenance request
The app is only for electrical, elevator and AC. How about water heater, drainage and some other stuff that needs repair. There should be additional category like OTHERS so we can be more specific with the request.

The apps is good. I hope the response to the request also is easy to approve.
