I made few requests for maintenance, nothing ever been done.
Poor Suggestions and Time-Consuming Tile Maintenance Service Experience
Very disappointing experience with this tile maintenance service. Instead of providing practical solutions, they kept suggesting unnecessary replacements and upgrades that not even needed and required multiple days to complete.
On top of that, the entire process consumed a huge amount of my time and Multiple visits.They failed to provide clear guidance from the start, which made everything more complicated than it should have been.
Overall, poor suggestions, time wasted, and zero consideration for the customer’s convenience.
