Subscription
Had an issue with my subscription and a charge on my card I was unsure about but Amelia responded almost immediately and resolved the issue, great customer service!
Great for a while.
I started using this app late last year (2025). A few of my medications are real boner killers couple with getting older made stamina and erection quality a thing of the past. The exercises, both kegal and pelvic floor, are massively helpful. Unfortunately in late February, my app got stuck on the same daily routine. Exactly same kegal routine, pelvic floor training, affirmation of strength and focus meditation. I contacted support and after a month of nothing, my plan was changed to a lifetime membership for free. And although I appreciate that a great deal, the issue is still happening. Even after deleting the app and reinstalling multiple times. It’s so frustrating. It’s so close to amazing. It really helped me get back in the game with my wife. Sadly now it’s Groundhog Day.

Scam and horrible support
I would give 0 stars but that wasn’t an option. I downloaded this app almost a month ago, and It didn’t help anything, just asked a lot of question and left me in the same place I started. I canceled the next day. For some reason I was billed today and I keep getting robot responses. Do not use or download this app unless you want to be randomly charged.
