Sketchy policies & customer service responses
Thought I canceled after the free trial. Apparently didn’t. Contacted for refund, response asked for credit card information to look up account (insinuating refund would occur) then other person responded saying I’m not eligible. Now I’m receiving AI generic automatic responses.
