Makes you pay right away

You can't try to the app first, it makes you agree to sign up for a subscription first to get a free trial. Probably so you forget to cancel. That's a hard pass for me.

Magic

Sleep hypnosis and autotraining are truly magical.
Even when you don’t have time to restore during the daytime taking just 10 minutes with Sensity with closed eyes helps to feel refreshed and rejuvenated.

The app I wasn’t aware I needed!

I’ll start off by saying I love soothing sounds and ASMR, I often search YouTube for sounds to relax me, especially when I get headaches sometimes so I would’ve never knew that an app like this existed and it seems so fun and convenient. I can’t wait to keep exploring and seeing how beneficial it can be for me when I need to relax. The affirmation feature is definitely an appreciated bonus!
