Falls short .
Great premise but fails to deliver on in app adaptability. The AI element doesn’t seem to be as intuitive as it can be. There are now better versions of this type of app around.

Best Fitness App For Injury
I have a chronic illness and this takes me injuries into account and removes actions that’s hurt me, while still giving me an awesome training session. I’m about to make a vlog series about it. It’s great!
Ridiculously Expensive For What It Does
The app is polished and I know as a trained individual that the programs and periodization are based on real working science. However, we all know that for all fitness endeavor to succeed, consistency is key and that would mean an annual subscription would be most ideal. The pricing though is criminally exorbitant for the value it provides. Yes it is well made, but it is superficially priced way above its competitors which are just as good ~ Fitbod, Liftin’, Hevy, Strong, Sheiko, Juggernaut etc. I would want to stick to this but sadly that price is a no brainer is no.

Well worth the $
I was skeptical at first, it being AI and coming from a bodybuilding background. Every workout is tailored to you and is as challenging as you want to make it. My leg and core strength have gone through the roof using this app and I love that it’s always a different workout. It really is a personal trainer. If you’re bored of the same routines give it a try.

Do it
Get this app. It’s so easy to use and the workouts are planned for you. Its easy to swap exercises and I’ve got one set for a gym and home that I can swap between with ease. The workouts aren’t easy either. So do it.
