Le développement de cette application est une catastrophe: connexion instable, plante la communication après 2 minutes d’utilisation….
Product good, customer service abysmal
The product itself seems pretty good. We didn’t get any birds nesting in the first year, but we did see some explore inside the birdhouse I made the mistake of leaving the camera/battery in the garage during the cold weather and it died. My bad, but trying to navigate customer support to find out how to buy a replacement was infuriating. The customer service email address isn’t active, you have to chat on the app. Initially, they said they’d send a replacement, then they took it back. Fine, I’m glad to buy a replacement. It’s my fault. However, there’s no model number or information on how to order the right replacement, and during a week’s worth of asking no one can tell me what to order. In addition, all the chat logs disappear so you can never see what you’ve already talked about with the support team. The birds are already nesting so I’ve had to order a replacement based on my best guess. I will probably move to a different product because it’s so hard to get a decent response from these folks.

Fix the bugs, Fix AI and Fix firmware
The AI feature does not work. Updating the device also doesn’t work when you add a new feeder which I have 3 and they have all prompted you have a new firmware update and after selecting update the firmware never changes to the latest version and all 3 cameras being the same all have different firmware.

Ai feature doesn’t work
I paid for the premium version, but I have not gotten this ai identifier to work not even one time. Me and my wife are both having the same issue, where you click the button to identify it and it just doesn’t do anything. Can’t add any birds to the diary, difficult to even navigate the app. Horrible experience and the app is a scam. It’s good for just watching the live function, and watching back the birds from that day. Other than that it’s useless and very buggy.

Téléchargement des vidéos impossible
Depuis la dernière mise à jour, le téléchargement des videos est impossible : le bouton n’apparaît plus dans l’application. Par ailleurs, celle ci ne notifie plus lors de nouveaux événements. Enfin, le support ne répond pas !
