Companies: don’t waste your money
If I could give this app zero stars, I would. It is completely user-unfriendly, the fact that for most courses I have to listen to some voice read the material at the same pace as a group of second graders instead of being able to read it at my own pace is probably the most frustrating thing. Aside from that, nothing works correctly, I’ve been trying to do a training for two months now and it just doesn’t work. Loads a blank page, no audio, etc. I am caregiver for the elderly and I work nights; I don’t have time to sit here and listen to essentially the slowest audiobook to ever be recorded. There should be an option to READ THE MATERIAL ON MY OWN AND OPT OUT OF HAVING IT READ TO ME.

Doesn’t work
I was able to login at least but beyond that there’s no point. I spend more time trying to login than however long the training courses actually take. I can’t go to work to do these, they won’t allow it due to time thieves but I don’t have a pc at home so I’m not even sure what to tell my supervisor.

Horrible App
Do not recommend!
40 hour training has turned into 60 hours after having to constantly restart from “losing connection”. It takes you back to the very beginning of the lesson and there is no way to skip forward to where you were. Can’t get their website to work either.

How is it possible to have such a horribly designed app
If your connection changes at all it tells you to reconnect and when pressing resume it restarts the slides from the beginning, my connection was never lost. If your screen changes back to vertical view for a second it restarts the slides and the narration is unbelievably slow.
This app needs help
Turning your phone from portrait to landscape forces you to restart the course and lose all of your progress. Even if you do it while you’re in full screen mode, it breaks the course. I’ve had to start over twice. Ridiculous.

Most of Training Modules don’t work on the app.
It’s pointless to download the app when most of the training modules won’t work, almost every other training the error message “not supported” pops up so you have to go on to the browser to do the training
Atrocious
One of the worst apps I’ve ever attempted to use. Convoluted and completely non-intuitive. It doesn’t use the company code provided, it asks you for the URL of your company, but it doesn’t want the URL, It just wants the name of the company and you have to figure all of this out on your own. Halfway through one of the lessons it advanced to a blank page and wouldn’t go forward or backward. I had to start the lesson over again. After finishing one page I attempted to advance, and it told me to finish everything on the page before I advanced, even though everything had been completed. I had to restart and go through everything on the page again before I could advance. This whole app functions as if it was coded by 10-year-olds.

Too slow and time consuming
You are forced to sit through slow narrated videos for hours just to complete them. What takes them 2 hours to narrate, I could have done in 15 minutes. It took me 8 hours just to complete 3 lessons. You need to pay me to do these. No way I’m sitting through them for free.

Wasting my time
So many technical issues and poor support available. Unable to complete course on time due to a poorly designed site.

It’s not even letting me do anything. It says rotate my device. I’ve rotated this phone every which way and no luck! Now it’s not even letting me in thru the browser!
Doesn’t work
App will stop working half way thru a training and won’t advance. Often makes you rewatch entire sections if you turn your phone from landscape to portrait or vice versa. The help button doesn’t work so you can report app issues. Don’t waste your time and just do it on a computer.
Unable to watch complete video
I am extremely unhappy that I can’t complete my training in a timely manner. The video I need to watch keeps stopping and kicking me out. When I try and resume it goes right back to the same place and will not move to the next frame.
App broken - renders entire phone useless
This app needs to be fixed I don’t know how it’s even possible but the app made a prompt to login and I couldn’t close it and it made touching the screen impossible. I had to ask my coworker to google how to force reset n iPhone because I couldn’t even swipe the phone to shut down.
