App is trash I just downloaded it and it wouldn’t get past first screen

Bugs

Almost every time I open and pay, it gets stuck with the little yellow Spinny thing. A friend told me this app was really helpful for her relationship, but it’s frustrating that I can’t even move past something without waiting 10 minutes. Even with a strong Wi-Fi signal.

Some problems, has potential

The app froze when I tried to click unlock button, can’t get past the first 3 questions.
The questions that are available however are great

Glitchy

This app gave me hope, I was interested in possibly purchasing a sub but the tab won’t pull, I’ve tried closing it, cleaning out my phone, redownloading, and eventually it became frustrating so I’ll pass on this one for now but maybe I’ll return if able to pay for it.

App just loads and loads and loads … oh and loads nothing comes up you have to get out of the app and get in to it again but if you press and lessons it’s back to loading icon. I’m sure it’s beneficial if I could get it the going

Some areas of app don’t work

I love the idea of this app. However, I can’t get any of the games or anything to load. I have emailed customer service about this but have not heard back from them. I would love to be able to experience the entire app, but unfortunately that is not possible at the moment. If this issue is fixed, I will return to update my rating.

Appears to be a zombie app

It doesn’t seem that this app is actively maintained any more, or has been for a while. Lots of features simply don’t work and messages to support aren’t replied to. All you can access currently is a daily “spark” question, a relationship assessment, and a daily “relationship check-in” — none of the personalized content or lessons are available. This app should be removed from the App Store.

Good but can’t use the features

I don’t know what the problem is, but it takes forever to move to other sections of the app from the home. I actually never got to go to other pages.

Parts of the app that work are great so far!

50% of the links in the app take me to an infinite loading screen. The links that do work are really nice!

It's okay, but that PRICE

I've been enjoying it so far, but I cannot justify the $99 for a six month subscription to this. At that point, I'd much rather just do therapy.

Disappointed

I liked the app a lot and decided to try the 7 day free trial last night to see what it fully had to offer. Unfortunately for me I woke up this morning and was charged for the 6 months. Now an app that I may have potentially purchased will be deleted off my phone and not used anymore due to a charge before I even had the trial for 24 hours

⚠️ Good App, But Serious Concerns About Security and Support

I used and liked this app, but there are some red flags:

1. The app is not being actively developed (last update was a year ago).

2. The support team can’t answer basic questions about data security, data export, or data deletion. Specifically, I asked Lucy, but she was unable to get answers from the company after a month of communication.

I deleted the app and canceled my subscription before potential issues with the company or security could lead to problems for users.

we stopped using it. the free questions are juvenile and boid of meaning

“who would play your partner in a movie”
and dumb questions like that. youre app is intentionally misleading. when we first started using it it was helpful questions like “whats your partners best quality” or something along those lines. false advertising and we haven’t been given a meaningful promt in weeks

Don’t waste your money

I’m so disappointed in this app. I was impressed with the free trial in the beginning and enjoyed the first 10-12 weeks of my paid subscription. It has great potential if both partners are really dedicated to change. The problem is that after the first couple months all the daily lessons just keep repeating over and over. It takes weeks to get an email response if you ever get one, and the app touts that you get a coach. That doesn’t exist.

Interface isn’t great…

I don’t get this app design. Half the time I don’t see the context of what my husband is sending me when he is following prompts in the app. Today was even worse. He wrote out 5 “visions of the future” as prompted by the app… I saw just one and couldn’t scroll and couldn’t see the rest. The only way I knew was he asked me what my 5 were as we were going to bed. Sure enough, in his side of the app, he can see all 5 and on my side… still only see one of the 5 questions and answers. This app just needs some TLC and it could be good. Makes me wonder how much we’ve missed over the past few months because of the poor app design.

Pointless app and no customer service at all

The app feels like homework and isn’t very much helpful. I regret subscribing because now 4 months in and I still am trying to cancel the subscription but I don’t know if they’re purposely not responding to extend my subscription or their company isn’t active anymore. I tried calling their 1-800 number but it seems like it’s non existent. Bottom line- THIS APP IS PROBABLY A SCAM.

BEWARE - IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION

I wanted to like this app. I paid the $100 subscription fee to try it out. Liked it but decided not to renew. Here’s where I ran into my issue. You cannot cancel the subscription through the app - the ONLY way to cancel this subscription is via email. Seems straightforward right? Well, Relish loves to completely ignore all attempts to contact them. I’ve sent 4 emails and an Instagram message and NOTHING. Its been a month at this point and all I’m getting is radio silence. It’s pretty frustrating when it’s a $100 renewal we are trying to avoid. It’s just bad service all around and they clearly don’t care. Not worth it at all.

Still buggy

Free apps… I don’t care about bugs and don’t worry about rating them lower… it’s free. However, a paid app at this amount of annual fee shouldn’t be so buggy. When you are typing at the end of a lesson and get interrupted (life, work, etc) and have to come back, it starts the section over and you lose all your work. I spent a good amount of time and thought writing a reply to my wife on more than one occasion now, just to have it lost because the app is not made well. I’ve decided to not renew at the end of my year. If the app starts auto saving before then, I may continue to support the developers and renew. As the owner of a SaaS and 11 years in the industry, I know It’s not that hard to cache/save so I’m frustrated it’s still doing this after reporting it several months ago.

Great except for one thing

When you click on a date or something else and exit out of it the item automatically goes from “to do” to “done”.

Sometimes I just want to look at it quick but don’t have time to do the date item right this instant.

It would be nice if it didn’t go to done until you clicked the done button as well as the option to potentially undo an item and move it back to “to do”

Just my thought but maybe it’s intentional.

Other than that the content is pretty great.

Doesn’t work.

Downloaded app and keeps saying I need to sign in through my email but is not doing anything when I finally get the email. Sends me to the website to download app I already have downloaded. Super frustrating since I really wanted to use this app.
