My mom and i are obsessed with recycling but get lazy to go drop them to the recycling bins. Once you start scheduling collections on the app its so much easier. Keeps the house clutter free from recyclables everywhere. Also, you get reward points for it - its worth it!

Was excited to use the service but my first experience was a disappointment. It’s a paid service and yet they didn’t collect after payment. Sad really!!

Bugs very often
Very often have a situation that after choosing a date for pick up, the app closes by inteslf and returns me to my home screen. Very inconvenient and wastes my time, cuz I need to schedule pick up manually through contacting a person and it takes some time.
Scam company
Despite having “good intentions” with their cause, they will deceive you. They’ll get you in with free first time recycling, which will be perfect with no complaints. Then boom, you have to pay 690 aed for a yearly subscription or 25 aed for a one time service. I decided, “you know what I want to help the environment let’s buy the one time service.” & in the fine print of the ONLY option to purchase, they put you can only recycle 4 boxes without us knowing! We put 10 out, and they only took 2 😁😁😁I will not be trusting them with their deceptive practices again!

Love the idea, app has issues
I absolutely love this app idea, I have been looking for a service that does this here in the UAE. However, the app has many issues- mainly with crashing or closing randomly. If I click “track request” the app crashes, if I try to “view my orders” the app crashes, if I try to “view my subscriptions” the app crashes…etc etc it’s quite frustrating.
Hopefully they can get fixed soon so recycling with this app is much easier.

Easy and fast!
Scheduling for a recycling pickup was easy, the driver arrived on time. Tracking how much I am recycling and knowing how it contributes to environment has been addictive!!!!!!
I also purchased from ReLoop stores sorting containers I was curious to try both, the sorteras and boxes, the process was easy. I received the items on time.
I don’t anymore wonder where should I drop my waste to make sure I am recycling properly!
