Prompt, professional and accurate
The physician quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me good advice. And listened to all my concerns. The physician clearly delineated what he could diagnose virtually in which things I would need to see someone in person. I am very satisfied.

The doctor seemed good and receptive(the only reason I gave it two stars). .. I never got my prescription , same issue as the last time. I had to jump thru hoops before to get the prescription sent(fyi it wasn’t a controlled substance & isn’t this time)…. I won’t be using it again .. I still haven’t gotten the script a day later 👎🏾

Waste of time
Doctor did not listen. Discussed what HIS symptoms were. Do not help at all. Called my primary care doc and was taken care of. This is a waste.

The best!
My son is (a couple of hours) away from home for a couple of days and forgot his inhaler and needed one. Dr Harris was so very helpful and went above and beyond to help him get a prescription for an inhaler to the pharmacy nearest to my son. The pharmacy was challenging (to say the least) and had less than an hour before closing. I had to reach back out a couple of times to Dr Harris for help with the prescription (due to the pharmacy having complications) and he was very kind, helpful and patient with us! Thank you for all of your help!! This coverage has been a true blessing to us more than once!

This app is so easy to use and has helped avoid so many trips to the primary dr or urgent care, especially with my kids! Providers are available into the later evening hours, and the visits are done so quickly and efficiently. Describe your symptoms, enter the waiting room, Dr calls or video chats, and a prescription is sent to your preferred pharmacy. I love this app! Highly recommend!
