Worst app. A scam basically
I do not know who gave 4-5 stars to this app. For all we know they paid people to rate them. The interface is poor. Doctors don’t show up for the appointments. And remedo doesn’t give you a trial period either to build some trust. They outright ask for money for your first ever appointment but give all sorts of excuses when it comes to reimbursing you when your doctor doesn’t show up.

Everytime i have to use it, i have to uninstall and reinstall it to work. Pathetic.
Issues sorted in a day
Had some time zone issues. Quick response over whatsapp and arranged another appointment. Shraddha is awesome
