Not useful
It just doesn’t do much. It has elements of CRM, reminders, and note taking, but it’s really bad at all three. It’s missing a search function, way too easy to accidentally snooze or mark a contact as made, and generally not great on the UX front. Not even usable for free let alone $3.50 a month.
