Frustrating Experience with Zero Resolution
I tried setting up my agent profile on Remine, and it’s been nothing but a frustrating experience.
As an agent, I’m a member of two separate MLSs. When attempting to log in for one of them, I kept receiving an error saying my account didn’t exist. I reached out to customer support via email over a month ago. They responded by telling me I was using the wrong login and provided one they had on file—which I knew was incorrect.
I tried their suggested login anyway, and it pulled up another agent’s profile from a completely different brokerage. Huge red flag.
I immediately reported this issue and provided my correct user ID again. I was told the issue was being escalated. Since then, I’ve followed up multiple times through email and chat, and every time I get the same response: “It’s been escalated.”
Well, it’s now been over a month, and absolutely nothing has been resolved.
If you’re an agent working across multiple MLSs, I would strongly caution against using Remine. The lack of follow-through, combined with serious account/data concerns, is unacceptable.
I hope they fix these issues eventually, but for now, I won’t be using Remine.

I have never dealt with a more infuriating platform. Thanks for nothing. I thought the desktop version was awful… then I tried the app. A whole new level of dissatisfaction.
Not User Friendly at All! Unnecessarily Complicated and Clunky
This software is inferior to almost every competitor on the market. Many issues and complications. Difficulty for clients to access links that are shared through the platform. Searching is difficult, clunky, and the filter options must be improved, i.e more filter options for targeted searches. GoMLS, was better, easier, and much more efficient.

NOT FUNCIONAL.
You can’t be in touch with your clients or realtors through the app. Does NOT WORK. App has bugs, MANY. Errors, take long to opens and search properties.

Trash app, won’t even load on IOS. Crashes immediately. Can’t even search properties on the PC. I feel sorry for those who are paying for this service!

Poorly designed app
Unable to locate property with address. Claiming a home using the map not intuitive. No way to edit the info about the home.
