Issues with almost every transaction I make. Remit choice is good with one thing, the transfer exchange rate. For the rest; unprofessionalism, extremely slow customer service, as I type, my transaction has been pending for almost 3 hours. The bad thing is, this transaction is an emergency and I hopped it would go through in minutes, but once again, a total disappointment. I’m opting out of it.
