BELIEVE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS!!!
This is honestly the worst money transfer app you would ever use. They will frustrate you before releasing the money to the recepient. They will ask for unnecessary bank statements and pay slips, and even after sending them, will still not release your money. They will ask why your monthly salary does not match the amount you are sending, forgetting that people do save money when they are paid.
The frustration is not worth it!!!! There are better money transaction apps with higher rates.
The customer service is one of the worst! They’ve been given a script they all follow and will not be of any help.

En dehors du taux, Zero rapidité, il y’a pas une fois où j’ai fait un transfert et c’est arrivé rapidement. Io faut toujours attendre plus de 2-3h, actuellement ça fait 12h que j’ai effectué une transaction, j’ai été débité mais mon bénéficiaire n’a encore rien reçu

Sent money through this app expecting, I don’t know, a money transfer app to transfer money. Instead I got cast in an unpaid role as Amateur Detective, tasked with proving via bank statements and “proof of funds” that I did not, in fact, launder my own paycheck. No warning, no checklist beforehand, just vibes, suspicion, and my cash in a black hole somewhere between “pending” and “never.”
Naturally I asked for a refund, since apparently sending money is now a crime here. The answer: 5 business days. FIVE. Not “we’ll fix this now,” not “sorry for the inconvenience,” just a calendar’s worth of waiting while my own money sits in their account collecting who knows what.
At this point I half expect a follow up email asking me to notarize a childhood photo to prove I’m a real person. 10/10 for comedy, 0/10 for an app whose one job is moving money.
Verdict: Great if you enjoy paperwork and existential dread. Terrible if you actually need your money.
