I do not recomand to sell something with this up, from a bag full of clothes I received only 12 euros.

Errors everywhere
99% of the time I try to use the app or the website, I get an error. It’s extremely hard to manage the items I’m trying to sell. For example, it shows that I have 10 active listings, but they don’t actually appear in the list, so I can’t even see or edit them. The platform barely works. Please just fix these issues — it shouldn’t be this difficult to have a functional app and website.

Размерите не си съвпадат, не само за дрехи, но и за обувки, липсват артикули и не правят нищо по въпроса да ги намерят и изпратят. Пращането на дрехи е безсмислено и ще получите смешна печалба, бунвално стотинки за една дреха, повече си струва да ги подарите на близък и да го зарадвате от това.

Moje doświadczenie jest okropne. Czuję się oszukany. W regulaminie jest pełno pułapek. Sprzedałem trzy przedmioty i żaden z nich nie został przeceniony do granic możliwości. Zasady zwrotu niesprzedanych przedmiotów to katastrofa i pułapka dla zapracowanych osób. Trzeba bardzo uważać, żeby nie zostać bez swoich rzeczy. Ocena powinna wynosić -5.

В приложението липсва функцията търсене на любими брандове просто ги няма, трябва да се влезе през браузъра. Парите, които трябва да се върнат с опция за виртуалния портфейл се бавят повече от 10 дни, което не е нормално по-добре да си искате парите да се връщат в картата! Получаването на пратките се бави много повече от 3-4 дни и винаги имат оправдателно съобщение, че поради големия обем на поръчки се бавят!!!!

Sprzedaja gorszej jakosci rzeczy. A moje byly nowe z metka zaakceptowali z 20sztuk tylko 4. I o reszte nie moge sie doprosic by wyslali moje rzeczy z powrotem. Kpina.

Sprzedaję na Remix - pomysł na biznes jest super dla ludzi, którzy chcą się pozbyć ubrań, ale nie chce się martwić o całą logistykę sprzedaży. Ale samą apkę oceniam średnio
Niestety apka jest nieintuicyjna - kiedy wchodzę w sprzedaże, to wybierając opublikowany produkt nie mogę cofnąć się do ekranu z moimi produktami, a jedynie na stronę główną. W dodatku, kiedy ustalam cenę sprzedaży przed publikacją, nie mogę podejrzeć zdjęcia produktu w całości (a jak wysłałam dużo rzeczy naraz, to może być pomocne). Również jak produkt już trafił do sprzedaży, nie mogę go podejrzeć.
Również forma rozliczeń jest niezbyt czytelna.
Również uważam, że ludzie, którzy robią zdjęcia ubrań powinni być wyposażeni w żelazka w sprayu czy parownice bo dużo ubrań wygląda mocno niekorzystnie na zdjęciach - gniotą się w podróży. To by zapewne ułatwiło sprzedaż rzeczy

scam for sellers and buyers!
This is scam. The app is fine but the remix shop is a scam.
1. It absurdly overprices the clothes - a shein t-shirt I've bought for 5lv (about 2 euro) is sold for 15 or even 19,
2. For sellers I don't recommend either - from a lot of perfect quality same brand clothes they returned half and i still don't know why, and they don't give any money to sellers, the percentages are ridiculously low
3. on top of that, I ordered once and recieved a ripped item..they returned the full price though, at least that.

Payment
As a seller it’s alright for me to wait a week or so but one month to get an insignificant amount of money transferred to my card? Really shady and shameful honestly, everything works out just fine but the payment back, fix it!
App has some serious Bugs
It’s the first time in my life that I try to order through an app and am unable to. The check-out is not user friendly at all, or it simply does not work. I receive an error message to check location, but does not specify which location, where etc. “Va rugam sa alegeți locația din lista de sugestii.” Absolutely no way of finding out which location, what list etc.
