$100 for an app that barely works

Ok I’m officially deleting this app…
Absolute garbage. Now there’s no free option and you are forced to pay for a buggy app that doesn’t block even the most basic of porn sites like pornhub on the default blocker setting. You guys have effectively ran your app to the ground. Congratulations…will not be downloading again.
App No Longer Works - Customer Service Non Existent
I’d like to recommend this for folks struggling with their porn consumption - but after the latest update I no longer can.
The app frankly no longer works. I need to log in and restore my purchases every time I open it. The blocker is never active, because the app doesn’t work, I have no access to communities, modules, etc.
I’ve reached out repeatedly to customer service for a week - in multiple ways. No answer - in fact the messages in app show that no one has even viewed my messages.
At list point it looks like if you join you will be throwing $100-$200 down the drain.

My entire blacklist was suddenly deleted…
What the headline says. I opened the app randomly and my entire blacklist was gone. Really not sure what happened but obviously that’s frustrating for me. And the default blocker setting…doesn’t auto block pornhub. And the medium setting doesn’t auto block websites like Twitter or Nitter or even Tumblr. I’m really not sure what happened with this app but it needs some major changes. This is grounds for relapse like come on…
